What is the Laura Bond Loyalty Club?

The Laura Bond Loyalty Club is our exclusive loyalty programme for true jewellery lovers. Earn points every time you shop and turn them into vouchers, plus enjoy VIP early access to our most coveted collection drops before anyone else. Consider it your all-access pass to more sparkle.

How can I join?

It’s easy to join.

Click ‘Join now’ on the Laura Bond Loyalty Club page, enter your details and activate your Laura Bond account to get started.

If you already have a Laura Bond account, please check that it has been activated and your welcome points should already be available.

Please note that by joining our loyalty club you are opting in to receive Laura Bond Loyalty Club emails. You can unsubscribe from these at any time by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any Laura Bond Loyalty Club email. You will still be able to redeem your points in your online account.

Is there a fee to join?

Nope - joining is completely free. Just sign up, start earning points and enjoy the perks.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points through a variety of activities including making a purchase, referring a friend, and following our social media accounts. For the full list of ways to earn points, please check the ‘Ways to Earn’ section in the Laura Bond Loyalty Club.

Please note that points are not awarded for gift card purchases, or piercing appointment deposits as these are managed by an external provider.

Will my past purchases count towards my points?

All purchases made after Tuesday 15 April 2025 will be eligible to earn loyalty points if they are signed up to the Laura Bond Loyalty Club.

We are unable to back date points if you weren't signed up at the time of purchase.

How do my points translate to rewards?

£1 spent = 1 point earned.

For every 100 points, you will earn a £5 Laura Bond voucher. For 200 points you will earn a £10 voucher, 300 points a £15 voucher, and so on and so forth.

How do I check my points balance?

Login to your Laura Bond Loyalty Club account and your points balance will be displayed.

How do I redeem my points online?

Log in to your rewards account, click 'redeem points' and redeem your chosen voucher.

How do I redeem my points in store?

Our team can redeem your points at the time of purchase. They can check how many points you currently have and turn them into vouchers for you to spend on the day of purchase.

Can I combine my loyalty points with other discounts?

You are unable to use your loyalty vouchers in conjunction with any other discounts.

How long does it take for points to show on my account?

It should only take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

There is no limit to how many points you can earn.

Will my points expire?

Loyalty points expire after 12 months if no purchase is made within the 12 months on your account. If a further purchase is made within the 12 months, your points will renew for a further 12 months from the date of that purchase.

What do the ‘approved’, ‘pending’ and ‘cancelled’ statuses mean?

Approved

These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.

Pending

These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies referrals.

Cancelled

These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).

What happens if a friend I refer cancels their order?

Your reward will be cancelled and will be removed from your account.

How do I leave the Laura Bond Loyalty Club?

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact our customer experience team at help@laurabond.co.uk and we will un-enroll you. Please note that you will lose any points you have accrued.

What happens if I leave the Laura Bond Loyalty Club and decide to join again?

To join again, click ‘Join now’ on the Laura Bond Loyalty Club page. Please note that your points total will begin from zero.
