Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Piercer and Jewellery Stylist to join our dynamic team. 

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an unforgettable experience for our clients through expert piercing services and personalised jewellery styling. 

As a small but very fast growing business with huge ambition, an ability to be flexible, roll up your sleeves and get involved is one of the most important things we’re looking for.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional piercing services with a focus on safety and hygiene.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their style preferences and recommend suitable jewellery options.

- Create a welcoming and luxurious environment for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to aftercare.

- Stay updated on the latest trends in body jewellery and piercing techniques.

- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the piercing studio.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Skills and Qualifications

- Licensed piercer with at least two years experience - experience in a luxury setting is desirable but not essential.

- Strong knowledge of jewellery styling and current trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- A passion for the luxury market and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

- Previous experience in retail or client-facing roles is a plus.
